Working modes
Project mode
We are responsible for the development of the entirety or a specified part of the project from start to finish.
Client's duty: Establish the needs of the product.
ÉlectroProg's duty: Manage and planify the project, ensure the quality of the end result, and provide active communications and transparency about the advancement of the deliverable.
The advantage: Minimal implication for the client once the project is started. Frees resources on the client's side.
Only applicable if the product is completely defined on the client's side before the project.
Integrated team mode
In this mode, ÉlectroProg lends one or multiple qualified resources that will be integrated into the internal team of the client under the guise of a bank of time to be used in a given time frame.
Client's duty: Total control over the execution of the project and the work of the resources.
ÉlectroProg's duty : Offer the technical expertise and assure the availability of resources.
The advantage: the client can modify the priorities at any time. benefit from the expertise while still being in control.
